サービスの流れ

    Inspection → Remove Parts → Protect Area → Apply Cleaning Solution → Wash Parts → High-Pressure Cleaning → Wipe & Dry → Reassemble → Final Check

Please prepare a small working space around the air conditioner before our arrival. If there is no parking space available, nearby parking fees will be charged separately. Extremely dirty units, special models, or units that have not been cleaned for many years may require additional time and charges. We will always explain any additional costs before starting the work. For safety reasons, we may decline to clean air conditioners that are very old, damaged, or malfunctioning.

    Kind and efficient

    We urgently needed an air conditioner cleaning, and the scheduling was very flexible for our needs. Due to the sudden degraded function of our air conditioner, we were able to move up the cleaning date by almost a week. Two air conditioners were cleaned in under an hour. Thank you very much for being so kind and fast!

    ものすごーーく親切で丁寧です。

    エアコンのクリーニングをお願いしました。

    最初から最後までとても丁寧で誠実な対応をしていただき、終始安心してお任せすることができました。作業前後の説明も分かりやすく、エアコンもとてもきれいになり、大満足です。
    特に印象に残ったのは、接客の丁寧さです。説明する時や支払いの際には膝をついて話したり受け取ってくださるなど、一つひとつの所作や言葉遣いから、お客様を大切にされていることが伝わってきました。
    また、エアコンとは関係のない掃除について質問した際にも、丁寧に答えてくださり、「これはご自身でもできますよ」と、なるべく自分でできる方法までアドバイスしてくださいました。無理にサービスを勧めることもなく、本当にお客様目線で対応されているのが印象的でした。
    さらに、作業が終わった後には、ご自身が通られた場所を全て水拭きしてくださり、最後まで細やかな気配りに感動しました。

    作業スピードもとても速かったです。

    1人ではどうしてもできない清掃作業は、またぜひお願いしたいと思います。

キャンセル条件

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 3 or 2 days before the appointment date will incur a 25% cancellation fee. Cancellations made 1 day before the appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will incur a 100% cancellation fee. Thank you for your understanding.

There are no hidden fees. However, parking fees will be charged separately if no parking space is available. Additional charges may apply for heavily contaminated units or special air conditioner models.
